Dian’s master’s thesis provided the basis for her first book, Roughing It Easy. Dian’s passion is the outdoors and her most successful books are based on activities families can spend time doing together in the outdoors. As a result her logo design incorporates an open tent with a flame as the opening. These two elements together perfectly sum up Dian’s life long career.
Dian’s website was created with the intent to motivate individuals to get outside, explore the outdoors, and try new ideas. The colors that were chosen are the colors that are often seen on a summer night as the sun is going down wile sitting around a camp fire.
Dian’s website’s primary objective is to provide content she published in several books on line. She also wanted to let people know who she is and share her life experiences with the world. Dian’s goal is to provide individuals and families with activities to do together as a family that will make lasting memories.
